In 2015, Mo moved to Toronto to play and improve his game with 2-time Olympian George Gross’s Toronto Golden Jets. After his first season playing in the National League, Mo unexpectedly started coaching to help the club and developed a strong passion for it. This led him to commit to coaching the Toronto Golden Jets’ U14 & U16 teams.

Mo’s philosophy in coaching and accomplishing goals revolves around 4 main cornerstones: “focus, intensity, purpose and passion”. His mentors throughout his life include his father, the Gezira Club coaches, Paul Pottier & George Gross Jr. His main objective for his players is to help them reach whatever healthy goal they have in mind, to develop a positive outlook on life and to become strong contributors to their society. Mo is a Registered Dietitian and when not coaching water polo, he runs his successful company Redirect Nutrition Consulting (RNC), a private practice that helps its clients develop a healthy lifestyle.
